How a first engagement works.
Discovery
A short, fixed-fee phase producing the Validation Scope Document — modules, integrations, data conditions, environments, what is in and out of scope.
Quality gate
Your risk owner approves the regression pack. The sign-off is recorded. This is where responsibility transfers.
Execution
We run the approved scope on a committed timeline, logging every defect with reproducible evidence.
Audit pack
Run logs, failure screenshots and video, a requirement-to-test traceability matrix, defect register and a signed exit report.
