From Maximo customizations to an automation platform.

1997
Code Development Ltd founded
CDL starts out as a Java customization provider and support partner for users of IBM Maximo, the enterprise asset management solution.
2010
First MaxTAF prototype
To test the quality, speed and accuracy of our own client work, we build an in-house automated testing framework — MaxTAF.
2012
MaxTAF released commercially
Packaged as a commercial offering, MaxTAF gives Maximo customers an accelerated, user-friendly approach to automated testing as part of their quality regime.
2017
MaxTAF Cloud begins development
Responding to market demand, development starts on a cloud-based app with a vastly enhanced user experience.
2021
MaxTAF Cloud released
The platform evolves into a best-in-class automation-focused IDE and operations platform.
2024
Beyond Maximo
Support extends to any browser or API based application, with enhanced Salesforce automation. ISO 27001 certification achieved.
2026
The AI era
The MaxTAF AI Tester beta opens, alongside our AI product family — Interpretos and PageIntel. CDL operates across the US and Europe.

Founder, managing director and visionary for MaxTAF for over 20 years. With a deep background in technology and software development, Dusko heads the majority of MaxTAF's cutting-edge R&D.

Director of Business Operations

A seasoned sales, marketing and operations professional with expertise in partner engagement and business growth — and a rare talent for translating opaque technology into human-understandable communication.

Geraint Thomason

Chief Revenue Officer

Heads sales strategy and execution. Leadership roles at IBM, EMC and Colt Telecom; Oxford graduate with a Warwick MBA; start-up mentor and London magistrate.
